PATRICK DURBANO - PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Patrick is a senior business professional with over 30 years of progressive experience in the consultative sales, marketing and general management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Database Marketing, SaaS, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Marketing Services. Patrick understands technology and how to leverage it to support and grow clients’ marketing and sales goals. As a veteran business development expert, he can adapt, grow and thrive in tough situations and has overcome significant hurdles to prosper in both start-up situations and for going-concerns.
Some of Patrick's successes include having designed, sold and implemented 100’s of online and offline marketing solutions across many industry verticals including Automotive (Volvo and Canadian Tire); Business-to-Business (Federal Express and Purolator); Durable Goods (Whirlpool, Panasonic, Canon); Media (TimeLife, Meredith, Rogers); Non-profit (JDRF, Princess Margaret, Covenant House, Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Bible Society, American Red Cross); Consumer Packaged Goods (General Mills, Coca-Cola); Pharmaceutical (SmithKline; Pfizer) and Retail (Eatons, Sears, Winners, HomeSense).
His outstanding general management experience coupled with excellent client account management, program administration, sales prospecting and lead generation knowledge has led to enormous success working in Canadian divisions of US-based Marketing organizations. By assimilating worldwide knowledge with local expertise Patrick leads by his motto, "Think Globally, Act Locally".

DAVE HART - VP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Over 30 years of building and providing customized data solutions, database acquisition and recurring data collection programs for sales, marketing, research and analytics communities. Dave has extensive experience with bringing international clients into Canada with expertise in Privacy (PIPEDA) and language laws. Vast experience working with Government, Utilities, Telecommunications, Banking and Finance corporations as well as in customer acquisition, analytics, loss prevention and many other areas.
Dave is a versatile, driven, sales and service executive with a passion for strategically building and enhancing the value proposition and then executing it for continuous business growth. He has a continuously improving track record of success in Sales Growth; Account Management; Strategic Planning and Product/Service Development. His specialties include List Management; Privacy and Language Compliance; Assisting US and International Marketers entering Canada; Customer Acquisition programs for Automotive, Communications, Financial Services in particular.
Dave has a unique and highly-specialized discipline in helping clients monetize existing resources (databases, services, etc.) and uncover revenue opportunities within existing business units, with emphasis on turning cost centres into profit centres. Additionally, Dave helps marketers build highly targeted prospect databases and looks for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing business units.

TIMOTHY DURBANO - DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Timothy specializes in implementing strategies and processes to acquire, validate, store, protect, and analyze data. Tim works closely with our business partners to understand their data needs and challenges. He then works with the team to identify customized solutions to meet those needs. Timothy believes that data quality and data integrity are paramount to success so he ensures that all data processed by the Data Shepherd meets his high standards. Tim regularly creates custom software solutions for data collection and validation. He is responsible for data acquisition, manipulation, normalizing, cleaning, segmenting and data security. As well, Timothy also manages all of our cloud-hosted computing resources.
When not busy manipulating data for clients, Timothy can be found engaged in leading one of his competitive League of Legends teams.
